L30 semi automatic aluminum tube filling machine , adopts imported original German Siemens PLC control, imported original frequency conversion speed regulation (VicRuns), the main motor adopts Taiwan (CPG) gear reducer, the noise is smaller, pneumatic original parts are adopted (AIRTAC), imported original Germany ( SICK) photoelectric sensor, Used in medicine ,cosmetics, light industry (daily chemical), pharmaceutical, food and other industries, for the selection of hoses for enterprise products, such equipment can be used for ointments, creams, gels or viscosity fluids. Fill the inside of the aluminum tube, then fold the tail of the aluminum tail and print the code to produce the finished product.

This MIC L30 SEMI-AUTO ALUMINIUM TUBE FILLING & SEALING MACHINE is a 4 folded sealing filling machine. It has 16 positions for filling and sealing. Materials such as paste, adhesives, AB glue, epoxy glue, skin cream, hair dye, shoe polish, toothpaste etc., are all applicable.

Introduction of main steps
STEP1: Manually put tubes into the molds on the plate (16 points)
STEP2: Tubes point located by the device (color sensor optional)
STEP3: Start filling when the tube is sensed by the light
STEP4: 4 folds sealing1 and output finished products
Hopper
Usually, the hopper is composed of one layer, but it can also be customized into two layers for heating materials. Some materials are more viscous, heating will be more conducive to filling.
Filling Head
With the help of approaching switches, benchmark pointing and material filling would be accurate.
