 35L material hopper , according to material viscosity could be heating and stir hopper. 

 The heating could be water heating and oil heating . 
 

 Filling system : 

According to customer material viscosity to make . Connect the press machine, strictly control the filling volume and complete bottling, no air entry before and after filling and avoid material stick on tube wall. 

Benchmarking: 

Adopt Panasonic brand sensor , the benchmarking precision is hgher and easy to adjustable. According to different size tube height could be adjust , no tube no filling .  


Inner heating : 

Heating temperature can reach 300 degrees to makes sealing effect very beautiful .  Suitable thin plastic tubes ,soft tube and aluminum-plastic laminated tube . 

Outer heating : 
Out heating tube outside , make the sealing more easy . 


 

 Sealing part: 

 Bottom sealing and date printing on tube . Printing information could be english words. 

Bottom cutting: 
Cut tube bottom out part after sealing.
