Features
This aluminum tube filling and sealing machine is mainly used for aluminum tube filling and sealing. It has been widely used in the fields of pharmacy, cosmetic, food and chemical etc.
This MIC-L45 AUTO ALUMINUM TUBE FILLING & SEALING MACHINE is pneumatic controlled, with 1 filling head and a heating gun. It has total 16 positions for filling and sealing. And materials such as paste, adhesives, AB glue, epoxy glue, skin cream, hair dye, shoe polish, toothpaste etc., are all applicable.

Operation Table:
All the filling and sealing movements take place on the table.
Main parts:
a tube loader, a working disk,a filling head,a heating head.......
It is a 12 positions working disk(the number of position could be customized).

Tube Upload
A tube loader contains a loader and a tunnel. When tubes are put in the loader, they will be conveyed automatically to the working disk by the tunnel.
Working Steps
STEP1: Manually put the tubes into the molds on the disk.
STEP2: Tubes point located by the device (color sensor optional), and filled with materials by the filling head.

Filling Head
With the help of approaching switches, benchmark pointing and material filling would be accurate. Fill only when there are pipes on the mold. There is no need to worry about waste of materials or fill directly into the mold.

Stamp sealing code
You can use stamping to print different numbers and letters (Only 1 line 8 letters)at the bottom of the hose, printing numbers and letters can be customized according to customer needs.

Pressure regulating valve
Filling speed can be adjusted by pressure regulating valve to make filling more stable.

Hydronic press material machine
Especially add a drum press, for press the RTV silicon, contact with aluminum tube filling and sealing machine , then help the material filling.
