This Vacuum small perfume bottle filling and crimping machine is auto negative pressure vacuum filling, auto bottle detecting( no bottle no filling ), filling for three times. Auto dropping of crimp pump cap, circulation of spray bottles' die set, It is wide adaptability which can meet to requirements of different dimension and filling volume of containers.
This filling machine can be divided into automatic bottles feeding (Also can use choose manual load bottle) automatic filling, automatic pump cap capping head, pre-capping head for regulate and tighten up pump cap head and automatic capping etc.
The filling separate 3 times filling ,capping separate 2 times capping, Ensure the filling accuracy higher and filling speed faster.

Put the bottles into the feeding conveyor, let them enter the filling machine in order
The exam sensor starts to exam if there is bottle on this station. Then deliver the exam signal to the inner control system, to control no bottle, no filling
If the sensor exams there are bottles, then the filling machine starts to fill.
The bottles after filling enter into the automatic caps dropping station through the rotary table.
The bottles after dropping caps enter into automatic capping station.

All filling ,crimping capping station in one chuck
1. Vacuum filling head (3 pieces), 3 times Quantitative filling.
2. Inert pump cap station( connect with send pump cap guide and vibrating plate)
3. Pre-tighten up and regulate position of pump cap head
4. Capping pump cap head
5. Load outside plastic cup head
6. Press outside plastic cup head
(Capping method will customize according to different customer caps)

When the filling liquid reach we set up fix Level, the overage liquid will be suctioned back,
Because when inner pipe filling material reach the fix level of outside jacket.

The outside jacket connect with vacuum suction air pipe. The inner jacket connect with filling perfume material pipe.
Outside jacket connect with Negative pressure suction air pipe(There are have a vacuum generator connect with the air pipe) .
Before filling perfume, outside jacket will sealing the bottle mouth first and suction the air from bottle
