High Precision Ointment Aluminum Tube Filling Sealing Machine

Material hopper: 

 35L material hopper and also it can be customized for the bigger hopper. If the material is in high viscosity, it should use heating and stir hopper. 

 The heating could be water heating and oil heating.

Main steps of working disk: 

Step1: Manually put the tubes into the molds on the plate(12points).

Step2: Tubes point loacated by the device(color sensor optional).

Step3: Starting filling when the tube is sensed by the light.

Step4: 4folds sealing and output finished products.

Bend Manipulator. folding and flatting the tube bottom.     

Benchmarking: 

Adopt Panasonic brand sensor singnal, there is different color for tubes so need to adjust the sensor to direct at the color. The benchmarking precision is high and easy to be adjustable.

It will be adjusted based on the tube size and height.


Folding hand : 

There is 16work stations for this machine ,can customize according to different type folding effect from the customer. Two-way folding and one-way folding are both okay.


Tube Output:

Tubes are output automatically when the filling and folding is finished.



Control system: 

It is used of button control and also PLC touch screen is can be done based on the customer's requirement.
